We engage contractors by way of a Contract of Employment, becoming the employment intermediary between the contractor, locum or freelancer and the recruitment agency or clients. This means that the responsibility of paying the relevant taxes falls on us as the employer.
Our main purpose is to collect payment for the contractors services from the recruitment agency or end client, deduct the relevant taxes and transfer the net payment to the contractors bank account.
The main advantage to being employed by Keystone Resourcing is, what we like to call, “continuity of employment”. This simply means that the contractor can work multiple contracts and have one registered employer on Revenue On-Line Service (ROS).
We offer a holistic service, meaning that we manage the contracts, invoicing, tax deductions and payments on behalf of the contractor. The contractor simply completes the work, submits their timesheets, and receives their net payment into their bank account.
